This policy explains how Global Atlas Media LLC ("we", "us") handles information in Air Hockey: Table Tour for iPhone, iPad and Android (the "game"), and on this website.

What the game keeps on your device

The game saves your settings (such as sound, haptics, and your chosen tables and paddles), your Story Mode progress, and whether you own Air Hockey Pro. These are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

If your device backs itself up, with iCloud Backup or Android's backup to your Google Account, the backup may include them, under your device's settings and Apple's or Google's terms.

Purchases

Air Hockey Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never receive your payment details or your account information. To unlock Pro, the game asks the store on your device whether it has been bought. Apple and Google send us sales reports, which don't identify you.

Ratings

The game may ask you to rate it, using Apple's or Google's own rating prompt. A rating or review you give goes to the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and a review you publish there is public.

Crash reports

If you've chosen in your device's settings to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may give us crash reports and overall usage statistics for the game. They don't identify you, and we use them only to fix problems and improve the game.

Emails to support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. Email Support in the game's Settings fills in the game's version, your device's model and its system version at the bottom of the message, to help us answer; you can change or remove them before sending. We use your email only to reply to you, and we don't share it.

Other companies

The game includes no advertising, analytics or tracking software from other companies. It uses Apple's and Google's own services for purchases and ratings, and their privacy policies apply to those: Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy. We don't sell or share personal information with anyone.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If a child emails us, we use the message only to reply. A parent can ask us to delete it at any time.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. The only personal information we may hold is what you've sent us by email.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If a future version of the game were to collect any information, we would update this policy before releasing it.
